Our Response to COVID-19

Due to the continually evolving situation surrounding COVID-19 and the event industry as a whole, we felt it necessary to post an update for our clients who may be concerned about the status of their currently scheduled events. Our clients' health & well-being is a top priority for our team, and we are working to provide the best solutions possible during this difficult time.

As of right now, Grand Event Center is still open and continuing to take new orders. If you would like to reserve, pickup, or return any rental equipment, please contact us via phone call or e-mail and one of our front desk staff will be happy to assist you.

For the safety of our employees, visits to our showroom and all in-person meetings are being handled by appointment only, and all equipment pickups/returns are available curbside only. Masks & social distancing guidelines are strongly encouraged for all clients visiting our location. We are encouraging people to schedule any upcoming orders for delivery rather than customer pickup if possible, and site visits are being scheduled on a case-by-case basis. As always, we can still be reached during our normal hours via phone call or e-mail.

In addition to our normal check-in/check-out procedures, we are taking extra precautions with all of our rental inventory, including increased sanitation measures and intensive order screening to prevent any potential item contamination. This extends to all inventory items, including our tables, chairs, tents, linens, tableware, etc.

Cancellations are being handled on a case-by-case basis, but due to the nature of this disaster we are unable to guarantee the immediate issuing of deposit refunds at this time. Refunds are being processed in the order that we receive them, so clients may experience a delay in receiving their deposit refund. As a result of this policy, we are strongly encouraging our clients to plan a reschedule date rather than completely cancel any orders with us so that we can still help them realize their event visions in the near future.
