I cannot say enough positive things about this event rental space conveniently located within 15 minutes of our venue, Fox Meadow Barn at Cloverdale Farm!! For 8 years they have provided excellent service at our other family venue Cloverdale Barn! Simply put, they have everything you could need and more!!! The employees are wonderful! From a laid back company BBQ to a 5 course sit down dinner Grand Rental has the knowledge and experience to get you there and they value your overall experience! The staff is very nice and helpful with a wide variety of rental options. They were helpful in updating our invoice frequently as our guest list kept changing. They showed up on time and taught us to use the space heaters we rented. Only issue we had was some of the space heaters wouldn’t stay lit very long. We would work with them again.

I used Grand Event Center to provide tents, tables, tablecloths, and chairs for a small (~25) party in a remote wooded location. Zach was knowledgeable, flexible, and easy to work with when making the arrangements, and the delivery crew had no problem finding my place and unloading quickly despite the miserable heat! The items were just what I needed and the party was a hit. Good job all around!

Rented tent tables chairs and dance floor and heater. Representative zach was always ready to answer any questions I had about my rental. Even sent me a schematic of what the layout could potentially be.

Rental setup the workers were really nice and listened to us during set up so it was perfdct.

Chair rental prices on point, got them for Thanksgiving too.

This was plan b for my wedding. There were small holes in the tent that did let a little of the harsh rain through, tables need a good sanding cause got a splinter.

Great people to work with. I called them several times to ask questions and finally placed my order for a large tent for my son’s wedding. Zack always answered all my questions and concerns. I met them at the site. I got there five minutes early and they were waiting for me. Then I watched them put the tent up. It was enjoyable to watch how their work crew of four guys all got along with and helped each other and answered any questions I had. Good group of hard working guys.

As the guests were moving from the main house at Whitehall to the tent for dinner last Saturday, it was raining. All I could think was, "Thank God for Anne and Joel". By getting the smaller tents erected at the last minute, they have the guests a dry path to dinner. The smaller tents looked like a natural extension of the main tent and gave the tent setting a softness and structure that can be missing when a large tent is sitting in the middle of a field by itself.

Thank you for responding to our last minute need and being so nice about it.

The reception was a big success and just the kind of party the bride and groom wanted. That would not have been the case if the guests got drenched going to dinner.
